Sublinguaal toegediende huisstofmijtextracten 100IR/300 IR HDM Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde van twaalf jaar en ouder met aanhoudende door huisstofmijt geinduceerde allergische rhinitis of rhinoconjunctivitis, gediagnosticeerd op basis van de klinische voorgeschiedenis en een positieve huisstofmijtsensitisatietest (huidpriktest en/of specifieke IgE), ondanks adequate medicamenteuze behandeling.
