Basic insurance

Vutrisiran Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde van achttien jaar of ouder met: a. genetisch bevestigde, erfelijke transthyretine-amyloïdose en polyneuropathie in stadium 1 of 2 die hiervoor onder behandeling is in of onder supervisie van een expertisecentrum, of b. wild-type of erfelijke transthyretine-amyloïdose met cardiomyopathie én NYHA klasse I-II.
