Basic insurance

Mavacamten/Aficamten Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde met symptomatische (NYHA klasse II-III) hypertrofische obstructieve cardiomyopathie (HOCM), die a. ofwel ondanks het optimaal instellen op betablokker en/of non-dihydropyridine calciumantagonist persisterende klachten heeft (NYHA groter dan of gelijk aan II) b. ofwel een bewezen contra-indicatie of intolerantie heeft voor betablokkers en/of non-dihydropyridine calciumantagonisten. Het recept dient te zijn voorgeschreven door een expertisecentrum.
