Basic insurance

Fampridine Voorwaarde: Uitsluitend voor een verzekerde van achttien jaar of ouder met multiple sclerose met Expanded Disability Status Scale van 4 tot en met 7 (EDSS 4-7) en een ernstig beperkt loopvermogen met een Timed 25 Foot Walk Testscore van tenminste 6 seconden (T25FWT meer dan of gelijk aan 6 seconden) die voldoet aan de voorwaarden van de proefbehandelstrategie: a. Bij de start een proefbehandeling van twee weken met dit geneesmiddel; b. Na een eerste proefbehandeling wordt een verbetering van tenminste 20 procent op de T25FWT bereikt.
