Basic insurance

Fenfluramine Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde van twee jaar en ouder, die dit middel gebruikt als adjuvante therapie bij aanvallen die geassocieerd worden met het Lennox-Gastautsyndroom (LGS) of het syndroom van Dravet (DS). De behandeling moet worden gestaakt als na 6 maanden gebruik van de onderhoudsdosering de aanvalsfrequentie niet met ten minste 30procent is afgenomen.
