Sitagliptine, linagliptine, vildagliptine, saxagliptine en alogliptine Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde met diabetes mellitus type 2 die niet behandeld kan worden met de combinatie van metformine en een sulfonylureumderivaat, geen insuline gebruikt en dit middel gebruikt als monotherapie of als een tweevoudige of drievoudige behandeling in combinatie met metformine en/of een sulfonylureumderivaat.
