Elexacaftor/Tezacaftor/Ivacaftor Voorwaarde: uitsluitend in combinatie met ivacaftor voor de behandeling van cystische fibrose (CF) patienten van twee jaar en ouder die tenminste een F508del mutatie hebben in het CFTR-gen.
