Basic insurance

Odevixibat en maralixibat Voorwaarde: Uitsluitend voor een verzekerde a. met genetisch bevestigde PFIC (met uitzondering van subtype BSEP3 van PFIC 2), die daarvoor onder behandeling is in een expertisecentrum, of b. met ernstige pruritus als gevolg van ALGS, die daarvoor onder behandeling is in een expertisecentrum en bij wie andere niet-invasieve, symptomatische behandeling niet therapeutisch voldoende effectief is. De behandeling voor PFIC en ALGS dient gedurende de eerste maanden te worden geevalueerd. Als na maximaal zes maanden geen klinisch aantoonbaar, symptomatisch behandelvoordeel kan worden vastgesteld dient de behandeling te worden gestaakt.
