Basic insurance

Benzodiazepinereceptor-agonist in de orale of rectale toedieningsvorm a. Benzodiazepinereceptor-agonist, met uitzondering van diazepam Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde die dit geneesmiddel gebruikt als: a) onderhoudsbehandeling bij epilepsie of als behandeling bij epileptisch insult, b) behandeling van angststoornissen, waarbij medicamenteuze therapie met ten minste twee antidepressiva overeenkomstig de geldende richtlijnen, heeft gefaald, c) behandeling bij multipele psychiatrische problematiek, waarbij behandeling met hoge doses benzodiazepinen noodzakelijk is,of d) palliatieve sedatie bij terminale zorg.
