Levomepromazine Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde waarbij het geneesmiddel zal worden ingezet voor: 1. palliatieve sedatie, bij onvoldoende effect van midazolam, of 2. misselijkheid en braken in de palliatieve fase, bij onvoldoende effect van andere anti-emetica overeenkomstig de richtlijnen die in Nederland door de desbetreffende beroepsgroepen zijn aanvaard.
