Basic insurance

Laxantia, middelen bij allergie, middelen tegen diarree, maagledigingsmiddelen en middelen ter bescherming van de ogen tegen uitdroging die op grond van de Geneesmiddelenwet zonder recept mogen worden afgeleverd en andere geneesmiddelen met eenzelfde werkzaam bestanddeel en in eenzelfde toedieningsvorm. Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde die blijkens het voorschrift langer dan zes maanden aaneengesloten op het geneesmiddel is aangewezen en voor wie het geneesmiddel is voorgeschreven ter behandeling van een chronische aandoening, tenzij het betreft een voor de verzekerde nieuwe medicatie.
