Fostemsavir, Lenacapavir Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde a. met een, tegen meerdere geneesmiddelen resistente, infectie met het humaan immunodeficientievirus-1 (hiv-1), voor wie het anders niet mogelijk is om een suppressief antiviraal regime samen te stellen, en b. die dit middel niet gebruikt als pre-expositie profylaxe ter vermindering van de kans op een infectie met het humaan immunodeficientievirus.
