Dit geneesmiddel is door de NZa aangewezen als een zogenoemd add-on geneesmiddel. Add-on geneesmiddelen zijn geneesmiddelen die door het ziekenhuis afzonderlijk van de behandeling door de medisch specialist in rekening kunnen worden gebracht bij uw zorgverzekeraar. Het add-on geneesmiddel kan alleen in rekening worden gebracht bij uw zorgverzekeraar als de indicatie waarvoor het middel wordt voorgeschreven, tot de aanspraak behoort. U kunt bij uw specialist/zorgverzekeraar informeren of uw indicatie aan de voorwaarden voldoet.
