Danicopan Voorwaarde: uitsluitend voor een verzekerde met paroxismale nachtelijke hemoglobinurie die na behandeling gedurende ten minste 3 maanden met een C5-remmer anemisch is met een hemoglobinewaarde kleiner dan 6,5mmol/l.
