Tafamidis Voorwaarde: Uitsluitend voor een verzekerde van achttien jaar of ouder: a. met aangetoonde transthyretine- amyloidose en stadium 1 symptomatische polyneuropathie die geen levertransplantatie heeft ondergaan, of b. met wild-type of erfelijke transthyretine-amyloidose met cardiomyopathie en NYHA klasse I-II.
